Dan Vineis and Grace Spencer
Alyson completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Inner Strength Studios in Watertown, MA. Since then, she has completed several additional training workshops. In addition, she recently completed 70 hours of Yin Yoga training.
Alyson appreciates the balance between physical challenge and emotional tranquility in practicing yoga. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communication from Boston University and an M.S. in Health Promotion Management from American University.
When asked what sets her soul on fire, Alyson responded, "First and foremost, I am a mom to two smart, beautiful boys that keep me very active. When I have time to myself, I love to be outside. The beach and local hiking trails are my favorite places to wander; and I am an eager, but not very good, gardener. I enjoy reading all things yoga related, as well as true stories of inspirational people in the world. And, I *love* to dance. For me, dancing - just like yoga - is a joyful form of movement that challenges me physically and lifts me up spiritually."
Laura completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the Fall of 2013 and more recently attended Inferno Hot Pilates training with Gabriella Walters, Hot 26+ training with Adi Westerman, and Yin Yoga training with Josh Summers.
Laura initially became hooked on Bikram by its ninety minute escape from distraction, time dedicated self-awareness and self-improvement, arriving at inner peace.
What sets Laura's soul on fire? In addition to her continual engagement in in learning from her practice alongside students and colleagues, Laura says, " If I'm not trying to sit lower in Triangle or bust out one more Mountain Climber, you can find me in my kitchen whipping up elaborate breakfasts and Bulletproof coffee, reading on my deck, trying to find a bedroom rug, spending too much time on Instagram, or off Cape running after my nephew."
Erin is a registered nurse, specializing in pain and palliative care on one of Dana Farber’s inpatient units at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is a Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui Lineage and an RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance. She completed her initial 200 hour training at Sacred Space Yoga school in Scituate, MA in 2017 and went on to take Brett Larkin’s Uplifted Online Bridge program. She studied Yin Yoga with Kim Dwyer in Marshfield, MA, and is Y4C (yoga for Cancer) certified. Erin teaches Yin Yoga, Y4C and "loves creating vinyasa flows!"
Erin is a lifetime fitness enthusiast who discovered yoga 20 years ago at a World’s Gym class and she's been gratefully hooked ever since.
Erin, what sets your soul on fire? "Although my biggest passion in life is self-healing and helping others find the tools to do the same, I love to run, play guitar, nerd out on non-fiction, make Sacred jewelry and spend time with my husband and our sheep dogs on our little farm. We are total foodies!"
Erin's next chapter will be to study with Josh Summers and complete her 300 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training at his Summer School.
