Classic Bikram Yoga, a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is practiced at 105° with 40% humidity, is the most healing and therapeutic modality you can experience for your body and mind. Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class utilizing the Pilates principles of breath and controlled movement. Class is 60 minutes and is practiced at 95°, set to invigorating music and with the party lights blazing to get you working HARD. It is a total body workout. Each class moves through a series of exercises designed to tone different parts of the body. We use the Tabatas method of 8 sets of repetitions, with 20 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest. The strength work and the heat ensures you build muscle and endurance and helps improve your blood flow and metabolism. This class is low impact so there is no major stress on your joints.

Flow and Receive
Flow & Receive is a 90-minute mindful and nourishing practice that combines active yoga postures with breath and intentional transitions for a well-rounded practice. Practice will begin with a slow and steady warm up, followed by a slower pace vinyasa (flow) sequence. There is time to explore individual postures so that new students can build confidence, while more experienced students can refine alignment and explore the nuances of postures. The latter portion of class will include deeper stretches, mobility, and breath work. Practice will end with a long and restful savasana to give time and space for integration of the practice.
Breathwork & Meditation
Breathwork and Meditation is a free weekly community gathering that any and all are welcome to join. You'll settle into the room with provided props and begin your practice with Wim Hof breathing, followed by a guided meditation and quiet reflection time. An incredible experience you must try to believe!
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS:
Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before class to ensure that you're properly hydrated. If you're coming for any class besides Yin, you will be sweating. A lot. And you'll LOVE IT.
