We are Dan Vineis and Grace Spencer, partners in life and business and owners of Hot Yoga 1620.
Yoga has been a constant source of grounding, recalibrating, and inspirational energy in our lives. As we taught classes in addition to operating our welding and woodwork business DV Welding Inc, the dream of sharing our passion for yoga grew. We took the giant leap of faith and built out this beautiful dream opening Hot Yoga 1620 here in Plymouth in April 2019.
Our goal is to provide the most approachable, welcoming space possible for all those interested in furthering their personal growth. Offering the best in wellness modalities, we use the power of movement, community and love as catalysts to create the mindsets that create big change.
